currently: clearing
Where do I even begin? What started as an upheaval last year has slowly unraveled into a deeper reckoning — one that’s been building for years. This is something to be learned and practiced over my whole lifetime…maybe beyond.
I am working on streamlining everything with intention and also processing the discomfort and clarity that comes with it. As a collective, we are seeing the many systems that no longer work for us, no longer can hold us, and we are being forced to rebuild.
In this latest mix, I share what I’m navigating as I let go of old patterns and explore what it means to come back home to myself. It almost feels like a telephone call to my past/future Self, an audio entry of where I’m at. This is a new format that has been sitting on my heart for awhile now and I feel relieved that it’s finally out in the world.
This reflection is followed by a mix encapsulating these feelings, mixed by me under my DJ alias Tittahbyte. I feel like certain lyrics in each song land like affirmations or realizations — at least for me.
If you’d like just the music without the reflection, find that here.
