Balance + Mindfulness

Wow. Summer is really here. I’m currently sweating — not complaining, just stating facts and I decided to record the collective message during the day. Last month in June’s collective message, we talked about forgiveness and self-reclamation. For July we are being asked to focus on Balance and Mindfulness. Things are opening back up and you could be finding yourself trying to find a balance — family is in town, travel, new jobs, social events are happening (hello weddings!), restaurants are now operating at an increased capacity — all the things. Our guides want us to be mindful not to overfill our schedules and burn out. Take it easy and be mindful of what energies you are exerting or letting influence you. Boundaries are a big one here making sure that we still take time for ourselves.

Right before I engage with anything I like to say an intention or prayer right before. For example, when I get on my yoga mat, I ask for support in feeling grounded and balanced. Earlier this week I shared a story on Instagram about praying over my coffee. It's about bringing magick in the mundane daily things ✨
