COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Arrival
Please wait outside until your appointment time. Provider will open the door for you or ask you to come in via text.
Hand Sanitizer
Available upon arrival for clients and staff; WHO approved formula from KōHana Rum Distillery.
Masks Required for FULL DURATION of session. Please bring a disposable or freshly laundered mask.
Laundry
Single-use, washed on hot water setting and dried on high heat.
HEPA + UV Air Purifiers
In each treatment room. 15 to 30 minute turnover per room. There are also windows in every room and they are opened between session for increased ventilation.
Screening Checklist
Please reschedule if you are not in optimal health, experiencing any symptoms related to cold/flu, have tested positive for COVID.
Cleaning
We use hospital grade Cavicide to wipe common surfaces, handles, knobs, doors, treatment tables, faucets, toilet, etc.
Disposable Items
Hand towels, paper cups and surgical masks are available. Help us reduce our carbon footprint and bring a mask and your own flask.
Social Distancing
Our small space and customized approach means less than 9 people are at the Mānoa House at any given time and we stagger appointments.
Payment
Prepaid sessions give us less to physically handle in terms of cash and cards. If you can purchase multiple sessions with your practitioner - we appreciate it greatly.
Travelers
We ask that you have met self-quarantine requirements of 14 days prior to your treatment for both inter-island or trans-pacific travel or have tested negative upon arrival to the Hawaiian islands. Digital test results may be required upon request.
